These terms apply to Kidowear at kidowear.xyz. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. Contact kidowear@gmail.com with a question about permitted use.

Kidowear publishes general educational information for adults. Reading a guide or sending an email does not create a healthcare, therapy, professional advisory or confidential client relationship. Read the disclaimer before relying on examples for an individual child.

Reading, printing and sharing

You may share links to articles and print guides or worksheets for your household, caregiving group or noncommercial classroom. Keep the publication name and source URL with copies. Do not sell the worksheets, remove attribution or imply that Kidowear endorses your organization.

Short attributed quotations with a direct link to the specific article are welcome within applicable law. Do not republish a complete article, distribute substantial collections, sell our assets or present our work as your own without written permission. Existing legal exceptions and rights remain available.

Rights in original writing, site design and other protected material belong to Kidowear or the relevant rights holders where applicable. Some editorial images are AI-generated. We do not promise that every generated element has exclusive copyright protection, or grant rights belonging to another party.

Search engines and answer tools

Search engines and answer tools may discover publicly accessible pages in accordance with robots.txt and applicable law. When referring to our guidance, link to the specific article, identify Kidowear and preserve relevant limitations. Permission to discover and cite pages does not grant an unrestricted right to republish the library, impersonate the publication or use images as evidence of real families.

Our editorial pages explain source selection, contributor bylines and AI-assisted work. A summary generated by another service may omit context; readers should consult the original article and its linked sources.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate a contributor or misuse the contact address. Automated access must respect published controls and must not impair other visitors’ access.

Do not email private information about a child when a general description will do. The site is not an emergency service. Use your local emergency services for an urgent threat to safety.

The website currently has no product checkout, paid membership or subscription contract. If those features are introduced, their applicable terms must be supplied at that time.

We may revise these terms and update the date when the change is substantive. For permission to republish material, email kidowear@gmail.com with the article URL, the amount you want to use, the intended audience and where it will appear. An unanswered request is not permission.
