Who this policy covers

Kidowear is an educational publication for adults caring for children. This policy covers the website at kidowear.xyz and correspondence sent to kidowear@gmail.com. It explains the features currently implemented on the site and the changes that advertising would introduce.

We do not operate customer accounts, a checkout, public comments, a newsletter signup or a website message-submission form. Our guides and printable resources can be used without registering.

Information associated with a visit

Technical requests may include your IP address, browser or device information, requested page, referring page and request time. The hosting and email providers may process this information to deliver their services, protect them from abuse and troubleshoot errors.

The search box puts your search words in a URL such as /search?q=bedtime. The website filters its own article index in your browser. That URL can appear in browser history and technical request records, so do not put private information in the search box.

An email link opens your chosen email application. A message is sent only when you send it there. We then receive your sender address, message, attachments and other information you choose to include. We use correspondence to answer questions, consider corrections and handle privacy requests.

Worksheets, images and local interactions

Worksheet checkboxes, the Play/Pause state of photo sequences, and everything typed or selected in our free tools (such as measurements, names, chores, goals and checklist answers) are held in the current page. They are not submitted to a Kidowear server, written to browser storage or saved to a reader account. Reloading clears them. Printing uses your browser’s print function.

Fonts and editorial images are served as site assets. Source links are ordinary links rather than embedded source-site widgets. The current website does not install an analytics tracker or load advertising cookies through an ad service. Hosting records and browser caching are separate from these application features.

Cookies and advertising

We plan to support free access with advertising, including Google AdSense. Our publisher identifier alone does not load an ad. Advertising is not currently active, and there is no advertising-consent message on this version of the site.

If Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve advertising based on prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to personalize ads using visits across the web. The policy and vendor information must reflect the actual advertising configuration when it changes.

You can manage Google personalized advertising through My Ad Center and read how Google uses information from partner sites. Participating companies also provide choices through AboutAds. Those choices do not disable all advertising, and browser cookie controls are separate.

Where consent is required, advertising must use the appropriate consent controls before activation. If a consent message is introduced, it should provide a way to revisit choices. This paragraph describes the publication’s planned approach; it does not assert that a consent tool is already active.

Services, links and disclosures

Hosting and email services process information needed to provide their functions. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse and protect the site. We do not sell the contents of messages you send us or publish them as testimonials without permission.

External source and advertising-choice links lead to services with their own policies. We do not control their collection or retention practices. Sharing a guide link through your own application is governed by that application’s settings.

Children’s information

The publication addresses parents, teachers and caregivers; it does not invite children to create accounts, upload media or submit information. Please omit children’s full names, school addresses, medical records and identifying photographs from emails.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email kidowear@gmail.com with enough context to find the message. We will assess the report and remove information where appropriate. Do not resend sensitive material unnecessarily.

Retention and privacy requests

Correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain a correction record, resolve a dispute or satisfy applicable obligations. Technical records follow the relevant service configuration; we do not state an unverified fixed retention period.

Email kidowear@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to ask about information you have supplied or request access, correction or deletion. Your rights and available exceptions depend on applicable law and your location. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that a request concerns you.

Information may be processed where our service providers operate. We cannot guarantee a particular storage country, absolute security, or that a browser privacy signal automatically changes every provider’s processing. You can use browser controls and contact us about a specific concern.
